EXAMPLE PREPARATION - CHICKEN COCKTAIL SAUSAGE CHILLI FRY
- Cut the chicken cocktail sausages into small pieces and add it to a mixing bowl.
 - To it, add lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt. Mix nicely and keep aside.
 - In a cooking pan, heat oil.
 - Add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle.
 - Add onions, green chillies and curry leaves and fry till the onions are translucent.
 - Add ginger paste and garlic paste and sauté till the raw smell goes.
 - Add tomatoes and salt and cook till the tomatoes become soft and mushy.
 - Add chilli powder and coriander powder and fry for a minute.
 - Add the marinated chicken cocktail sausages and garam masala and cover
 - Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
