EXAMPLE PREPARATION - BLACK PEPPER MUSSELS

1. Put mussels and 1/4 cup water in a large skillet.
2. Season with 1 teaspoon pepper.
3. Cover and cook over high heat, stirring once until mussels open, 2-3 mins (Discard unopened shells)
4. Transfer mussels to a serving bowl.
5. Season with remaining teaspoon pepper, and drizzle with oil.
6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Storage:    
Can be frozen for up to 6 months at -18°C or less.
